Knee On Trac Reviews from Real Patients
Where do I begin? What should I say? Dr. Anthony Consales has used his God given skills, his mind, and his hands to free me from my excruciating pain in my right leg, foot and thigh. After experiencing a very debilitating time from June 2025 to January 2026 of breast cancer surgery and radiation and the diagnosis of thyroid cancer and two heart attacks 7 days apart (followed by two stents in surgery). As I was healing and going to cardiac rehabilitation, I fell on January 13 2026 in the hospital parking lot and drove myself home only to fall again while trying to make my way into my home. Nothing broken, nothing hurt. Two days later, my back felt a twinge. Four days later, my back was a little painful with a stronger twinge. Ten days later, I was in excruciating pain in my back and right leg and could just barely walk. I didn't know what to do, the pain seemed like a severe case of sciatica — the very worst possible. I could not put my feet on the floor, especially the right one without screaming. It felt like a hot dagger of pain shooting from my heel to my calf, to my knee, to my thigh, to my buttocks...then hip. It took only two adjustments from Dr. Consales to completely eliminate that situation. The excruciating pain however, was still in my leg. After the use of the STIMWAVE three times, the laser treatment four times and the traction table three times, I am healed! My right leg has NO pain. What I failed to mention is that I spent five days in the hospital writhing in pain and the medical staff trying various pain medications to relieve my pain — to no avail. Finally, after the pain management specialists and the neurosurgeon found a combined group of medications to ease the pain; They sent me home only to proclaim "keep going to that chiropractor." They said "he seems to know his business well, and he is making you better". And he has! Thanks be to God and Dr. Anthony Consales for his patience, knowledge, skills and expertise. I will be eternally grateful.

Knee On Trac FAQs
How much does Knee On Trac cost?
Knee On Trac is $45 per session. Most patients complete 6–12 sessions, so you can plan the full cost up front rather than discovering it partway through. Dr. Consales will tell you how many sessions your knee is likely to need after evaluating it, and you are never locked into a package before that assessment.
What is the Knee On Trac machine, and how is it different from a knee brace?
Knee On Trac is a treatment table with a mechanical traction unit that grips just above the ankle and applies a controlled, measured pull through the knee joint. A brace supports a knee from the outside and changes how load passes through it. Traction does something different: it briefly separates the joint surfaces, which decompresses the space, takes pressure off irritated cartilage and lets fluid and nutrients move back into the joint. That is why it is used for arthritis and meniscus pain rather than as a support device.
Where can I get Knee On Trac near Pittsburgh?
Consales Chiropractic is one of the few providers offering Knee On Trac in the Pittsburgh area. We are in White Oak, PA, southeast of Pittsburgh in the Mon Valley, with patients traveling from McKeesport, North Huntingdon, Irwin and Greensburg. Call (412) 678-9123 to check availability before making the trip.
Does Knee On Trac hurt?
No. Most patients describe it as a comfortable stretching sensation. There's no pain during or after treatment.
How many sessions will I need?
It varies by condition, but most patients complete 6-12 sessions. Some feel relief after just 2-3 treatments, while others need more for lasting results.
How long does each session take?
Just 5-10 minutes per session.
Can I combine this with other treatments?
Absolutely. Knee On Trac works great alongside chiropractic adjustments, StemWave therapy, and physical therapy exercises.
Will my results last?
Yes, when combined with maintaining a healthy weight, staying active, and following Dr. Consales' recommendations, most patients experience lasting relief.
I have bone-on-bone arthritis. Can this help?
Many "bone-on-bone" patients do benefit from Knee On Trac. The decompression creates space in the joint and reduces pain, even in advanced arthritis. Schedule a consultation to find out if you're a candidate.
Is this the same as physical therapy?
No. While physical therapy focuses on strengthening and stretching, Knee On Trac uses mechanical traction to decompress the joint. They complement each other well.
Why patients pair this with Nutrition Response Testing
Knee On Trac
Decompresses the joint to create space for cartilage recovery.
Nutrition Response Testing
Identifies which organs and systems are stressed and which nutrients your body is actually asking for.
Knee On Trac opens room for your joint to recover. Nutrition Response Testing supports that recovery with targeted nutrient protocols for joint and connective-tissue health — so the relief you feel after each session compounds week over week instead of fading.
Don't Let Knee Pain Slow You Down
Whether you're dealing with arthritis, injury, or chronic knee pain, Knee On Trac offers a non-surgical alternative. Schedule your consultation to discover if this treatment is right for you.
